Stievie Gonzales started mixing in 1996 at a friends attic with just 2 turntables, a mixer and a tapedeck. He bought his first DJ set in 2001 to mix hardcore and trance, just because he enjoyed the music. Stopped mixing for a few years and picked up again in the digital era with so much more possibilities. Now his mixes are most tech house, house, techno and since recently he's trying to get a grip on the dance-genre His goal is to reach as many people as possible to let them feel the beat and the power music can give. DJ Limey is.. well.. he is ME. I've loved music for as long as I can remember, always prefering to have the radio on than the TV as a kid, it was always inevitable that growing up my life would someway be involved with music. That being said I did spend my teen years in the 1990's and fell in love with the electronic dance music scene. This is where I found my new passion for DJ'ing.. being able to blend together all the songs I loved so much into a continuous montage of amazing music.. yep sign me up! Having been lucky enough to migrate to the USA for 15 years I've played a variety of venues from small martini lounges to massive festivals and I've been a radio, internet and nightclub DJ.. I'm now living back in the UK and currently hold a residency @ Lockdown Events in Swansea, UK and a resident spot on Global Dance Radio. My mixing genres consist of House styles, such as, Electro-House, Funky-House and my new Fave Future House!
